  I had a good experiance. noting to complain about, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and had everything we needed. would stay there again!

  I just got back from this trip, and i was pleasantly surprised. we were never approached about a timeshare, we got upgraded automatically, and the entertainment around the pool was ...

  I just got back from this trip, and I was pleasantly surprised. We were NEVER approached about a timeshare, we got upgraded automatically, and the entertainment around the pool was great for the kids. I would go again. We were given new towels everyday, and they took out the garbage. Don't expect anything else, but for the price, why would you.

  The hotel was exceptional and met all of our expectations, however the timeshare presentation was one of the worst travel experiences we have had. the 90 minute tour lasted 3 ...

  The hotel was exceptional and met all of our expectations, however the timeshare presentation was one of the worst travel experiences we have had. The 90 minute tour lasted 3 hours. The sales person was dishonest, demeaning, and threatening. The sales person told us we could not come back to the hotel ever unless we paid ""full"" price, even if we booked online. The presentation ended when the sales person caused a scene by shouting at us.

  This is Westgate the Boss of Timw share and they proved it with this stay, it was clean, neat, and a greta location. Will stay heer again, and no one tried to sell me anything which was a fear of mine when I booked at such a great price.
