    I stayed at the Hotel for the U2 Tampa Concert. Area Hotels were ALL SOLD OUT - BUSY Day/Weekend. When I arrived, the Hotel was ready for me, and my Room was ready immediately. The Hotel was very good, and my Room was excellent (HUGE, Clean, and Modern! And a balcony!) Great value for the money that weekend! In good location to be able to walk to Cafe/Breakfast Lunch. Good location in Downtown. WOULD absolutely stay there again! Great hotel for Families.

    Its not a great hotel and it's not bad. The main problem it there is absolutely nothing within walking distance of this hotel. No restaurants, no decent bars, no so much as a fast food place. There is loads of construction going on so it's noisy.

    We stayed here in February of 2006 and again, in May of 2007-and most of the staff actually remembered us and greeted us like family. It was my Mom and I, so no, they didn't remember us because we had 19 screaming kids or for some odd reason. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are extremely comfy. The food is really tasty as well. My Mom and I can't get over how friendly the staff are! Unfortunatly the reason for our stays both times were because my Grandmother was at a nearby hospital. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to nearby sites-including the hospital on Davis Island-for free! We hope to return soon-just for a vacation, of course. Love Tampa, love Florida, love the Marriott Courtyard.

    I have stayed here many times. The service is better than I get at some world class places I've been to. You do have to park across the street, but they have a valet service.
