    stayed end of feb, and price for my king smoking room was more than the walk-in price??? i went thru travel website--going to send them an email and ask why!!! room was remodeled and nice. had frig and microwave. clean bathroom and nice clean bed... lady at the front desk was a sweetheart and very helpful--great lady -- lots of construction at the exit made it a pain to get to. thank you

    We booked a non-smoking room through online travel website. We got a smoking room that was filthy. Someone had taken the coffee-pot, the phone cord was cut with bare wires coming out of the wall. The toilet barely flushed. The room smelled horrible. It did have a working fridge and microwave. Will NOT stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone!

    We rented 2 rooms--1 with kingsize bed and 1 with 2 double beds... all of the bedclothes were dirty, with hairs on the sheets and a blanket had been ...

    We rented 2 rooms--1 with kingsize bed and 1 with 2 double beds... all of the bedclothes were dirty, with hairs on the sheets and a blanket had been used to wipe something on and was still dirty. When we informed the front desk of the dirty bed linens, they apologized and sent us a key for another room..the new room had an odor to it and the bed was in the same condition..We sent the new room key back and told them we would stay in original room if they would send us clean bedclothes.This was on a Saturday and there was no housekeeping available, so they sent someone who worked in the restaurant with new bedclothes, the sheets and pillowcases smelled clean, but the pillowcases were very dingy. At this time, we showed the man the blanket, he apologized and said they would send us another one, but someone else would have to do it, because he worked in the kitchen at the restaurant and it was time for him to go to work. A few minutes later, a man that looked as if he had been gardening all day brought us the blanket and bedpad, we told him to just leave everything and we would make the beds ourselves. My son had the same problem with his room, they ended up with sheets with holes in them and a mattress pad that went on a double bed instead of a kingsize. They also made their own bed. These rooms were advertized as GOODBUYS, you had to pay the travel agency upfront at the time of booking. Didn't expect fourstar, but Did expect clean beds to sleep in. Carpets were also stained and smelled. Will never stay at this hotel again....They refurbished grounds & exterior, not rooms....Big mistake

    My husband and I just got back from staying here while we were on vacation. The hotel was nice and quiet. There were several staying there, but did not make noise. It is a nice place to stay if you do not want to be right in the middle of the beach area. They have reallly taken good care of this hotel. Our maid did a wonderful job on cleaning everyday. We enjoy sitting out by the pool with out a lot of noisey kids. I would stay here again if we are in that area of FLORIDA again. Good price for the service. The food restaurant on property has a really good breakfast in the morning.
