Onsite drink and dining options include the snack bar, Oceana, Himitsu, Pool Bar, Lobby Bar, World Cafe, Azucar Caribbean Bar, and Sea Side Grill. Gourmet dining options include fresh seafood, international cuisine, pan-Asian fare, and grilled specialties. Sip on tropical cocktails at any of the bars in the lobby, on the beach, under a thatched palapa overlooking the Caribbean, or in the pool.

The all-inclusive rate includes all meals and snacks, all beverages, 24-hour room service, non-motorized watersports, nightly entertainment, Explorers Club for kids, and all taxes and gratuities. The hotel also offers Internet access, a business center, laundry/dry cleaning, 24-hour medical service, an ATM, currency exchange, and fax/photocopy service.
