The individual making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 21 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The ResortQuest Rentals at Tyra are located in Breckenridge, approximately an hour and a half from Denver International Airport and across the street from the Snowflake Chairlift. The property is ski-in ski-out with access to the Four O'clock ski run. Victorian Main Street shopping, restaurants, and entertainment venues are all under half a mile away.
