• In keeping with commitment to quality of product, this hotel is undergoing a 15 million refurbishment. From January 2008 until autumn 2008 the hotel is improving through a full bedroom refurbishment including all meeting rooms and bar area as well as adding a small number of new bedrooms. The result will improve future stays for guests at the hotel. To ensure disruption during stay is kept to a minimum, works will not be carried out earlier than 8am or later than 4pm. However the room rates have been discounted by the hotel below the levels previously charged and levels currently charged for similar hotels, to reflect the disruption guests may experience to the hotels services, even though the hotel will strive to keep this to a minimum.
