Millbrook Resort is approximately 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport, via courtesy shuttle, and 20 minutes from downtown Queenstown. On the outskirts of historic Arrowtown, this location is also one mile from Arrowtown Village, two miles from Lake Hayes, six miles from Kawara Bridge, and 12 miles from Mount Cook Landline.

Hotel amenities include the indoor swimming pool, fitness center, saunas, two outdoor whirlpools, three tennis courts (two are seasonal), Clubhouse Restaurant (overlooking the 18th green of the golf course), Millhouse Cafe, Hole-in-One Bar, and Sala Sala Japanese Restaurant. The championship, par-72, 18-hole golf course has practice facilities, driving ranges, a professional golf school, golf pros, and a comprehensive range of rental equipment is available.
