Lakeland Village Beach and Resort is 60 miles away from Reno and just a mile away from Heavenly Ski Resort. Zephyr Cove Beach is five miles away. Just a mile away, one can find Harrahs Casino, MontBleu Resort & Spa Casino, and Harveys Resort and Casino. There are also many nearby dining options including Mexican, American, and Italian cuisine. Heidis Pancake House, located adjacent to the property is open for breakfast and lunch.

This secluded lakefront property, on the south shore of gorgeous Lake Tahoe, has a quarter-mile of private beach, heated lakeside pool, private pier and moorings, two hot tubs, sauna, two tennis courts, two heated pools and a kids wading pool, clubhouse, beach volley ball court, horseshoe pit, covered parking garage, gas patio grills and beach barbecues, a sundeck, and a complimentary shuttle to casino and ski areas. Other recreational activities nearby include world-class skiing, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, and sailboarding. With a free shuttle to the casinos in Nevada, this hotel has a little something for everyone. Other service available to guests include luggage hold, 24-hour front desk, concierge desk, maid service, safe deposit boxes, high-speed wireless internet (9.95 per 24 hour period), ski shop, postal service, room service, and traveler's check cashing. For a fee, guests can arrange for babysitting, faxing, and dry cleaning. Nearby, there us a barber shop, beauty salon, secretarial services, currency exchange, and medical facilities.

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, blender, dishwasher, eating utensils, refrigerator, and toaster.
