The Sheraton Panama Hotel and Convention Center is located on the south Pacific coast at the entrance to the Panama Canal, in the heart of Panama City, approximately eight miles from Tocumen International Airport and adjacent to the Atlapa Convention Center.

Hotel amenities include business center, fax/photocopying services, tour assistance, concierge, executive lounge, and shopping facilities at the lobby floor's Shopping Galleria, with stores such as Rebert's sportswear, Cafe Duran coffee shop, Mery Palma Gallery, Rokaz Jewelers, Huaca News, and Ted Lapidus clothing. Located off the lobby level are the Casino and the Bar Mi Rincon, a European-style casino and sports bar, both available 24-hours. The onsite Club Nogui spa and fitness center features various types of massage, facials, and body treatments, along with a gymnasium, aerobics studio, three floodlit tennis courts, outdoor pool, sun deck, outdoor Jacuzzi, saunas, steam rooms, cold plunge pools, relaxation areas, vanity areas with personal amenities, and private locker/shower rooms. Onsite drink and dining options include Cafe Bahia, Monsoon, Crostini, and Las Hadas, as well as a pastry shop and deli, a lobby bar, Peach Monkeys Lounge, and poolside refreshment.s
