The city of Miami Beach is currently working on the construction of a board walk next to the beach right outside of this property. This is planned to be completed by the end of June 2008. Guests still have access to the beach and can still walk directly from the hotel.

The Deauville Beach Resort is a beachside property, located 5 miles north of South Beach, and approximately 13 miles from Miami International Airport. Local attractions include South Beach, approximately five miles away, and Fort Lauderdale, located 24 miles from the property.

Hotel amenities include beach access, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, whirlpool, restaurant, bar, shops, spa, beauty salon, business center, florist, and Valet parking for 20.00 per day. No pets allowed.

Guest rooms feature climate controls, irons and ironing boards, safes, alarm clocks, telephones, voicemail, hairdryer, refrigerators, cable TVs, video games, coffeemakers, and dataports.

A Resort Service Fee of 10.00 per day includes wireless internet for all registered hotel guests, pool and beach lounge chairs, pool side umbrellas, beach towels, in room refridgerator and safety box.
