1. The front desk guy could not find our reservation and was rude about it. then recchecked and it majically was there. 2. The room was very dark... only one little lamp. We could not even see the desk area to write. 3. The A/C in the room was very poor. It did not even cool the bathroom and the room was very hot. 4. Went donw to the pool to get out of the dark room and the pool was so gross... the cusions on the chairs looked like there were bodily fluids on them. The floaties in the pool were old and tearing. There were two SMALL pools available and that was just inaddequate for the size of the hotel. 5. The room was dirty... the bathtub had hair in it and it looked like there were bits of used rolled up toilet paper on the floor. In conclusion... this is a pretty trashy hotel. It needs to be cleaned and brightened up. It seems like a seedy place that 18-21 yr olds could go party at and throw up. Reminds me of a place 21 yr olds would go party at in Cancun. We ended up checking out and going to the MGM... it was SOOOOO much nicer and better! I am going to stay there from now on.

Definitely exceeded my expectations...I arrived at night, there was no line, they actually upgraded my room to a fountain view room, because I had a bad experience on the plane..Which I thought was fabulous, and they didn't have to do that!!! Will definitely go back and stay here again in the future!

Why? 1.Last year in came new cheap furniture from China. Shortage of drawers, you live out of your suitcase if U stay for awhile. this year cabinet doors were missing.2.Pool stair entrance needed to be scrubbed.yellow & brown&3.Maid service did what they wanted, when they wanted.4.Not even a coffee maker in the room.5. Room AC poor.6.White light on machines for several days.Workers with stripped shirt on hard to find, so if your machine goes out-good luck.7. After staying their for 7 years, NEVER anything complimentry.

PH is wonderful. My wife and I loved the service and the cleanliness of the rooms. Because we arrived a day late due to a cancelled flight, the hotel upgraded us at no charge to a VIP room to offset the loss of one night's stay that we booked through a third party. Resturants are also outstanding. The only draw back and it is no bieg deal to us anyway was the small size of the pool area. Despite having two pools, we were only allowed to use one until it was full before the other opened up. Made no sense. This hotel is one of the best wer haved stayed at in Vegas and we have been to many. Finally checking in was quick and checking out can be done vis the TV or a phone call. NO need to go to the registration desk to do so.

Planet Hollywood gives the average traveler a good place to rest. The rooms are not oversized but the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is huge room - a toilet, soaking tub for 2 and shower stall. Only one bathroom sink. This is a renovated hotel, so the improvements are good. The resturants in the hotel provide a variety of very good fare - Mexcian, Chinese, Japanese, Steakhouse, and 24 hour resturant.There is even a 5 star rated buffet - best on the Boulevard. The hotel has a 1 mile shopping mall attached to it. This mall has shops, resturants, and entertainment, which increases the hotels venues. The hotel is located on the center of the Las Vegas Boulevard in the middle of all the hotels. The walk in not far to any other hotel or show one might want to see.
