Checking in was a nghtmare. It took 1 1/2 hrs plus for these seniors to check in at 10 pm . I t also took that amount of time for our daughters in mid afternoon. There was no place to sit excet for the two benches occupied by other individuals. The wait at the buffet took a long time with no seating available for those of us that have problems standing for any lenghth of time. The rooms were very nice and the food great. We are not sure that we would ever stay here again.

I know for a fact I will be returning to Vegas in the near future but I will never stay at Planet Hollywood again. There are several concepts that seem to be foreign to the staff at PH. One in particular was customer service. The inability to look you in your eye, not being capable of providing worthwhile information in a timely manner, as well as the lack of cleanliness in the room. After returning to the room after breakfast, my wife and I find the bed made but food containers sitting on the desk and supposed clean towels with blood stains. If you are looking for a place that does not care for taking care of the person off their comfort, you should stay at PH but if the small and large things matter, do not come close to PH!

The room was nice size, but the only room I could read in was the bathroom. The lighting is not sufficent even with the desk lamp on. The internet cable didn't work, the toilet kept running, maintenance came right away, which was very good. Check in was quick. Housekeeping was polite and room wasvery clean.

4th trip to the property, twice being Planet Hollywood. Location is central with a 30 minute walk reaching Wynn/Encore or Mandalay /bay depending on direction you feel like exploring. Casino large friendly and action packed. The rooms were upgraded to resort which was a little bigger than deluxe and the bathroom was very large and spacious. Theme room (Diehard with a Vengeance) including photos, gold bullion props inside a lit glass table and framed clothing articles worn in the movie. Frequent excursions to surrounding hotels, restaurants, shows and csinos made each trip back to the room feel like coming home. Can't wait to return! Very good value for the money.

Hotel is good and located in good location. We thought it was too expensive to eat, the extra daily charge is unneccesary and the $* cost for internet access for 24 hours is also unneccesary. Overall, the stay was good and hotel was good, comfortable, clean and a good location.
