We checked in at about 3 am , but the person checking us in was very alert and helpful. We even got a free upgrade to a larger room. We did not get a free coupon book like we were told we would though, and when we asked about it they said they didn't know what we were talking about, even though I showed them my confirmation paper that stated we were supposed to get one. Overall, this hotel is very nice. The restaurants were great, the stores are nice, the room was just perfect-- very spacious, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Las Vegas.

Stayed here for a convention with my family. I liked the hotel better when it was part of the starwood family. The hotel is nice but not the best place to stay if you have your family with you, which I always do at the convention I was at. I can get away with taking my kids to some of the other hotels on the strip without having them exposed to all of the Adult side of Vegas. I don't think it is possible at Planet Hollywood, it is Adult Entertainment through every square inch of the place which is probably for most people going to vegas.
