everything was excellent, but I liked that we got to the hotel around 9 pm and had no rooms available, we had to wait 2 hours for us to allocate one. In general, the Planet is my favorite hotel, I would like them to lower the quality of their services.

When we got there the rooms were not ready and we had to wait for one until that evening. The bathrooms were still not clean, hair and dirt. We had enough space but we weren't in the rooms very long at a time. All in all it was a good stay for the price.

We got a good deal for this hotel so I find it good value for the money. The room was different, we got one filled with Jeff Goldblum memorabilia. I find the room too dark for my liking even with the curtains opened up. The bathroom was a good size and pretty clean. Check in line was really long, took us almost an hour to get our room and we arrived late so we were really tired and annoyed. Other than check in, we didnt really need to interact with much of the staff so couldnt say much about their service.
