Me and my friends booked our trip well in advance to arrive late night at PH. There was 3 women in total for our trip to Las Vegas. After waiting in the line ONE HOUR to check in at 1am, we were told they do not have any rooms available with two beds to suite us 3 women that is non-smoking. So we either had to choose the smoking room with two beds or go with the non-smoking room with one king bed. After trying out the "smoking" room and realzing it smelled of smoke and weed, we went back down, complained severely, spoke with the so called "night manager". She was very unprofessional, ungiving, and didn't care that we were tired, exhausted and just wanted a room in which we reserved to begin with or a upgrade due to their mistake of overbooking rooms. Lets just say, we ended up with the non smoking room with 3 women in one bed. THey had no cots either. It was amazingly ridiculous and I would never want to have that experience again EVER... waiting in line for hours, literally, and finding out your room isn't even the one you want once you get to your hotel, and dealing with unprofessional managment. The best thing we were offered was to move all of our personal belongings the next day to a room in which we reserved. We obviously went with that, because we didn't want to sleep in one bed our entire time. It was inconvienant and annoying. The beds were nice once we ALL didn't have to snuggle together in one bed.

I was surprised by the large size and comfort of the the room. Very comfortable and excellent value for the money. Just doesn't have the WOW factor of some of the others in the area, but also doesn't cost as much as the others. All in all a very satisfying stay. Hollywood memorobilia made us smile.

My wife and I stayed at PH for 3nights and enjoyed our stay. The view of the strip from our room on the 32nd floor was awesome. Check in and check out was a breeze. The room was clean and orderly and couldn't expect more for the money that was paid. We can't wait to return to the Planet Hollywood.
