Overall nice hotel, but not overly impressive. Rooms were nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable, and the buffet was very cheap and really good, but for me the casino and main hotel areas were lacking. The design of the hotel is a bit cold and overly busy. The car valet area resembles the drop-off area of an airport and the registration area feels more like a ticket counter than anything else. The casino area is fairly dark and is overdone with neon lights. I think the worst part is the main floor is horribly confusing to navigate. By the third day of my trip I still could not figure out which directlion to go for anything. Your line of vision is always blocked by something and you can never see through to your destination. We almost always ended up walking in circles or backtracking. There also weren't any real fun or inviting restaurants or lounges for eating or having a drink. There are an abundance of eating and drinking places in the Miricle Mile shops, but then it feels more like a mall than a casino. Presently, the street at the entrance/exit location of the hotel is under construction and a bit of a hassle. Despite my disappointment with certain things, our stay was still worth the $* rate that we paid and I don't regret my stay there. However, I also think for the money, and certainly for any higher rate, there are nicer hotels.

Stayed there on labor day weekend, Very nice casino up to date not smoky easy to navigate around!! Nice that it is attatched to the miracle mile shops, didnt have to leave the building in the 100+ degree heat! The room was very nice!! super comfy bed! Decor was neat from the remake of lost in space. Bathroom had ample room, with a nice shower and bath area! I found the staff very courteous and helpful! I would stay again no problem.

Just got back from Vegas. Great time - love Vegas. Second time staying at PH. First time was in 2007, Aladdin was being remodeled to PH. Wasn't too hard to get around. Now it is beautiful. Huge and lots to see. Check in was a bit long, 35 mins. Couldn't get upgraded as they were full. Rooms were very nice-had a strip view. However, they had missed someonelses cigarette laying on the table so we called & they came back & recleaned & offered 2 buffet passes. Beds were awesome. Only wish they would put coffee makers in rooms but don't think any of them do that in Vegas. Location is great-staff friendly & helpfull, Love the idea of not having to walk through casino with luggage to get to your room-so much easier. Transportation-easy drop off & pickup. My 2 teen grandaughters first time there, they loved the shopping in Miracle Mile-huge-so many stores. My 2 daughters & I have been to Vegas many times & always hit the Miracle Mile Shops. Was a great trip-would stay at PH again. Yolos was great Mexican food, Planet Dallies, buffet & Earls very good.Also, went to Toby Keiths Bar & Grill in Harrahs, good food, service was absolutly terrible. That was the only bad experience we had. We all had a great time & will be sure to go again. PH had the best rate at time of our booking & its all new & right in the middle of everything. Great place.

Planet Hollywood is by far one of the best hotels on the strip. The resturants were good, a little pricey but well worth the money. The hotel offers you alot, always something to do. I definately recommend Planet Hollywood for a great vacation thats rigt for your pocket book.

We stayed for 6 nights on our honeymoon at the beginning of August. Try to fax a credit card authorization the day before or the morning of or else you will have to wait in an ungodly long line to check in. The rooms are so cool! Every room has a movie or hollywood theme. The bathrooms are spacious and absolutely amazing. We didn't have any problems at all. They even let us stay and do a late check out because our flight didn't leave until really late. We even got in on the promotion where you get a free bottle of our choice every night of our stay. I would absolutely stay here again in a heart beat. Because of our wonderful experiance we are going to come back every year on our anniversary. Do not waste your time with Peepshow however.... The location of this hotel is PERFECT! Within walking distance to anything you may want to do or a small cab ride if you are wearing heels.
