Great, quiet and comfortable room, **** room for a * price. The only issue was finding the parking deck amidst the crowds and traffic on Las Vegas Blvd. (parking is free) and getting from the deck to the registration for the hotel. You have to walk through a large shopping mall and the casino to get there (with your luggage).

Everything was within walking distance, as long as you don't mind walking. Great location on the Strip. Fun shopping at the Miracle Mile Shops attached to the casino. We had a fountain view room...worth every penny. This was my 1st time in Vegas and could not have asked for a better experience.

Pros: Room was comfortable and clean. Cons: Checking in and out of the hotel (with parking) was unpleasant. Tip: Use the valet service or risk getting told that you are in the way and must move the vehicle several times while attempting to unload your baggage. I am sure we took a few more minutes then the valet (probably 3 additional minutes) but not enough to be treated rudely upon our arrival. Unfortunately, this set the tone of our time with Planet Hollywood. Regardless, the room was clean, the bathroom had a separate shower and the bedding was comfortable. The pool closed at 10:00 p.m.

Beds were visibly concave and very uncomfortable. Carpet needed to be restretched at a minimum, but replacement would be better. Towels felt like sandpaper. Lighting in room was minimal. Not enough lounge chairs poolside and it was not a busy time. Pool area felt like a concrete jungle. Pool staff was rude. Overall a very unpleasant experience at PH. Would not return.
