Mandalay Bay upgraded us to the Four Seasons. The Comfort and Service was unbelievable! Highly Recommend this place. Lion King was a great show. Only down fall is the $* min bid tables. The only bad reviews on this place must be from people who lost a lot at the tables.

We were not that impressed with the MB. Our bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned and we had to call and request that the toilet be cleaned because of urine on the seat when we came in. They didn't seem to be in a hurry to take care of this either and then when we tried to mention it to the housekeeping staff outside our room, they weren't all that interested in taking care of it either, I basically had to insist that they come in and clean it. Overall the room was nice and comfortable. Only other issue was the mini-bar/fridge. We had purchased some water and moved stuff in the fridge to make way for it. Didn't consume anything from the bar. For some reason, I decided to go to the front desk to check out and was surprised to discover $* dollars worth of charges for drinks that we never drank. I basically had to refuse to pay this as well and they made us wait(a tactic I think to get harried travelers to accept the charges) until someone confirmed that we hadn't used/consumed anything. The lady claimed that they told us this when we checked in but they didn't as my wife and I checked in and were both there. Last, but not least, they wanted to charge $* for an innertube to float on their lazy river. Just disappointed that a supposedly high class place, got very chincy when it come to the details. I don't mind paying to stay at a nice place but hate feeling like I am getting nickel and dimed.

My husband and I had only been to Las Vegas while I was attending a conference where we always stayed at the 4 Seasons Hotel so using that as a guide 4 Seasons is much more plush. The Mandalay Bay was not a bad hotel at all the service was very good, the bed was comfortable, room was clean and Raffels cafe had good food for a good price. The only complaints we have about the Hotel is there is no coffee in the room you have to go downstairs to purchase coffee from the coffee shop and use of the Hotel gym is not free you will pay $* per day. The Casino was fun offering a varity of tables and machines however glasses and full ash trays piled up there were very few staff around to service this area. The customer service was very good staff were friendly and attentive. We will probably stay at the Mandalay Bay again however if we are looking for plush 4 Seasons has our vote.

We had few of the issues that previous guests had documented. Towels? After leaving our "recuperating" sign on the door for the first 2 days, we got a call asking if we needed anything early on 3rd day. The bed was prefectly comfortable. We did not get a king size as we had wished, but we did get non-smoking. Rooms are not guaranteed anywhere on the strip. If you know this going in, you will likely be less disappointed. The rooms are not the cleanest. There is some dust around the edges, the shower floor could have been cleaner and there were holes in the sheets. BUT, with people coming in to these rooms constantly and treating them like trash cans, they probably don't get enough time for a thorough cleaning . It's a bit far from the strip and it is sometimes a major hike to find some restaurants in the resort! I'll probably stay closer to the center of the strip next time or on fremont st. But if you don't mind having to catch the bus all the time, it's a great place.

We were able to get in even though we arrived at 0900. The room was spacious, even had a tv in the bathroom, visable from the tub. The view from the 32nd floor over looking the airport was beautiful, with a view of the mountains. We had a great time, enjoying the pools, and would get down to the pool right at 0800 to get a shady spot, then stay out drinking coffee, reading until the heat became unbearable. Will definitely be back.
