Formerly a Dominican convent, then a complex of commercial offices, and lastly an apartment block, the building was saved and updated by Hospes Design. Hospes has reaffirmed the construction's unitary character and determined an intimate, personal series of spaces in the middle of Alicante, just fifteen meters from the town hall and the well-known La Explanada Avenue. Hospes Amerigo is located approximately six miles from Alicante Airport.
