The pool at the Edgewater will be closed for approximately 10 weeks for renovation. Guests will be able to use either of the two pools at the Colorado Belle during the renovation.

Both boat-trailer and RV parking is available in a separate easy-access lot west of the Edgewater. Free bus shuttle service is available to the lot 24-hours a day. The Edgewater's three towers have over 1,400 comfortable guest rooms, one-third of which are non-smoking. Each room is furnished with either two Queen-sized beds or one King-sized bed. River-view, mountain-view and pool-view rooms and some suites are available. Data ports for computers are also available.
