Recognized as one of the top luxury destinations in the Caribbean, Biras Creek is located on a strip of land between two hills on a 140-acre peninsula in Virgin Gorda, only reachable by boat or helicopter. Set amidst the protected lagoon of North Sound, the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean bay, Biras Creek is a paradise for swimming, sailing and snorkeling at the edge of the Resort's private white sand beach.The resort offers a variety of recreation options on a complimentary basis including a freshwater swimming pool, watersports instructor, Hobie Cats, windsurfing, sea kayaks, motorized Boston Whaler dinghies, 26-foot Folk sailing boats, guided snorkeling trips, introductory scuba sessions in the pool, bicycles, two Omni flood-lit tennis courts, racquets and tennis balls, fitness area, hiking and walking trails, guided nature walks, picnic lunches, garden tours and the Arawak Room with a DVD player and movie library. For an additional cost, guests can use the Spa for a full range of beauty therapy services, massage and yoga, Scuba diving, Deep-sea fishing, Full-day, half-day or sunset sails aboard a yacht and motorboat excursions islands.All 31 suites are located along Berchers Bay on the Atlantic side of the 140-acre estate and feature a sitting room, separate air-conditioned bedroom, outdoor shower, ceiling fan, direct dial telephone with data port, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, in-room safe, furnished verandah and bicycles for touring the property. Ocean and Garden Suites each have iHome Players. Grand and Premier Suites also have Bose iPod Sound Docks and Sony LCD TV & DVD players. Grand Suites also have their own plunge pool. All room rates include breakfast, lunch dinner, afternoon tea, roundtrip airport transfers to/from Beef Island Airport in Tortola (based on a 4-night min stay), taxes and service fees. Beverages are not included in the rates.Children 8 years and older are welcome at the resort.
