- Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out at 10am. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Check-in is located at 11125 US Highway 98 West Miramar Beach, FL. Check-in office will be open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

- Cleaning fees collected at check-in are Studio/Hotel for USD 58.54, USD 70.25 for 1 bedroom, USD 111.22 for 2 bedroom, USD 128.78 for 3 bedroom and USD 146.34 for 4 bedroom units.
