    Check in should have been easy. It was not. Staff at the front desk could care less if there is a line. The person argued with me about rooms . The hotel was out of guitars for the kids. There was zero information given about elevator location, or a map,and it pained him to point to the express ID machine. No mini bar key, We payed inflated rate due to HHN halloween event. The front of the line pass fabulous. The staff not so much.

    It's a fun hotel. The pool was pretty cool since it had underwater speakers and poolside movie @ night. The food by the pool was the cheapest and they load up on the food for you unlike the other restaurants. The best part was being so close to the parks, loved that part the most and being able to go to the park early is a big plus! Also the express line that comes with the stay is perfect. Rode all the rides at least 2x.

    This is the 3rd time my wife and I stayed at The Hard Rock Hotel. We just love the safety we feel walking back and forth from park to park and hotel to hotel anytime we feel like it. No need to rent a car everything is right there. Look forward to the next one!!!

    I have stayed at the Hard Rock Orlando on several occasions! We always stay on the Club Floor (7th) which includes free breakast, snacks, water and late evening desserts AND free beer and wine 5pm-7pm! You pay more but it is SO worth it! The BEST part of staying in a Universal Hotel is getting the Express Pass, no lines, no fast (Disney) pass, you go in a seperate line and get right on the ride! Fantastic for both the young and old!

    We have stayed at the Orlando Hard Rock on several occasions. We always stay on the Club Floor (7th) it is so worth it! It gives you a free breakfast, snacks, free beer and wine from 5pm-7pm and then free dessert later in the evening. If you have little kids (I do not, mine are 18 and 20) it is really worth it because you don't have to spend $$ for breakfast! The rooms are more expensive but when you weigh all the freebies it really is good!
