  The room was dirty when we checked in. There was something in the kitchen sink and the counter was dirt. The bathroom was also not clean. After the first day one of the beds didn't get made.
  One morning the water pressure was sporadic and it shut off during my shower. It eventually came back on but this shouldn't happen. The hotel hotel was just dirty and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

  My family and I stayed here while visiting relatives in Penacola. The staff was super friendly, the indoor and outoor pool were awsome. The rooms were large and clean. They are adding even more rooms now. I will make sure to book all my stays in Pensacola at the Ashton Inn.

  It is easy to say bad things about a hotel but people seldom take time to say something nice. The staff went out of their way and even upgraded our room because we had to wait. I will certainly stay here each time i am in Pensacola

  The hotel was billed as the newest in the area. If that is the case, all the furnishings and carpeting/flooring were purchased second hand. The staff was fantastic, and the outside appearance of the building was first rate. The interior left a lot to be desired. Peeling paint and threadbare carpet and furniture were the hallmarks of the suite I was in. The room was also inadequatley cleaned prior to my arrival.
