  Stayed three nights. Great Hotel. Very nice view. Clean rooms and lobby. Awsome staff. I would stay agin. Parking was not as bad as every one makes it. Pull up and load and unload at front door, on street parking with meters from 8am to 6pm 6pm to 8am free on street or parking garage across the street one block $20 for 24hrs. Overall its a great place. $8 to$10 cab to get anywhere in South Beach. Very Very nice!!!!!!!

• Best Western - Worse Night - South Beach MIami

  It was so bad it is hard to know where to start. check in...no where to park to check in - had to park around the block to check in. ...

  It was so bad it is hard to know where to start. Check in...no where to park to check in - had to park around the block to check in. Parking for guests - three blocks away and cost $25 per day. The room, .For some reason we were given an accessible room - although not requested. We did ask for a beach view room....and got a side window view of the beach - if you craned your neck....No hot water in the shower - which was in middle of the room in the bathroom. There was hot water in the sink - but it is hard to take a shower in the sink. The floor was uneven. The air conditioner was either off or freezing - nothing in between - so I called for a blanket as there was none in the room. Two hours later - when the blanket had not been delivered, I called again - and also called to report the party that was going on in the room next to me. I was told they things go until about 11pm and then would ask people to be quiet. At 12:30, I called the front desk to ask them to stop the noise... no one answered the phone...at 1am I called again and finally they came to the room, but did nothing to stop the noise. It continued unitl 4:30am when they were evicted - I had no sleep that night - it ruined the next day and the weekend trip. I asked for the manager to ask for a refund - and was told no one was on duty! I was told some type of refund would be shown on my credit card statement...and the check is in the mail! Don't stay there! EVER!!

  Very outdated rooms. great oceanfront view (only good thing). rude staff. laundry machines old and not properly working. parking was a nightmare - far and very expensive!!!!! restrauant not ...

  Very outdated rooms. Great oceanfront view (only good thing). Rude staff. Laundry machines old and not properly working. Parking was a NIGHTMARE - far and VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!! Restrauant NOT good AND overpriced!!

  Very misleading. Check in is a big mess and only one front desk person is available. The floors are sticky and the pool towels are old. The pool is the size of a jacuzzi. No one is helpful unless you insist to be helped. It is very far from any restaurant or bar. After all that...they double charged our card by mistake and then took 24 hours to send a fax to our bank to explain the mistake. We had to call them about 20 times before they did anything! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This is not the cheapest hotel on Miami Beach and you can do better!
