• Outstanding Hotel with Amazing Service

  This was our first trip to the Ritz Carlton South Beach and we could not have been more pleased with our entire experience. The staff was very friendly and extremely accomdating. The deluxe room which we had booked was very nice with the most comfortable beds but it was definatley on the smaller side. We tried to upgrade to a larger room or one with a balconey but they informed us that they were completely booked for the entire weekend. The service at the pool was by far the best. There was never a wait for lounge chairs and it was easy to get a good spot. They would walk by frequently and ask if there was anything they could get you from lotion to food/beverages. Every afternoon they would walk through the pool area passing out cold towels with peppermint to refresh you along with cucumbers for your eyes, fresh orange water and a small spritzer bottle to also cool you down. The beach was beautiful and they were also very accomdating. The only complaint that I had the entire stay was the fact that we would leave our room to go to the pool/beach/shopping at 10am and when we returned at approx 4ish the room was still not cleaned, it become frustrating as it occurred multiple times. All in all the stay was fabulous and I would most definatley stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to South Beach.

  My second visit in a month.the location is great to walk anywhererooms are very clean and we had killer views with each visit..staff is fantastic,drinks were pricey ...

  My second visit in a month.The location is great to walk anywhereRooms are very clean and we had killer views with each visit..Staff is fantastic,Drinks were pricey but the service makes up for the sticker shock !Highly recommend this hotel.We will be back.

  This hotel was expensive (over $700 a night in high season), but i thought that they provided value and good service in general. i enjoyed the hotel
