  We paid $*/night on a Travel agent summer special. It was a very clean room a block from the ocean - great for the money. The whole interior looked freshly painted. People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms on the first floor can be a little noisy from the lobby, but other rooms were very quiet. The hotel is on a quiet street, but a half block from a CVS and a street full of restaurants. One drawback was breakfast wasn't included and the prices for the little cafe were expensive.

  This hotel's best feature was its location - only a half block to Lincoln Road, and a couple blocks to the beach. Ocean Ave. and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall enjoyed my experience here. Cute small pool. There is a bar and cafe on site. Small rooms but very clean. We would have liked a desk and chair in the room - nowhere to sit but the bed! I would stay here again. Parking lot is right across the street.

  I read good critics about this hotel, so I was deappointed by the quality of the hotel : you can har everything from the others rooms and hallway, there was no restaurant when we were there and the room was really small. Nothing really terrible, but not that good!

  I liked this hotel even just having the sheets on the bed, blankets were available and the sage green color on the walls was soothing. the view could be better ...

  I liked this hotel even just having the sheets on the bed, blankets were available and the sage green color on the walls was soothing. The view could be better but I go on vacation to do things not sit in a room. The rooms were very clean and neat. Would stay here again

  Great location for bars restaurants etc.Hotel is basic but clean and reception staff were very helpful.Rooms are quite small with only sheets on the beds but they were cleaned every day,fresh towels etc.Pool is quite small and quite close to the road.Great budget hotel,would reccomend and definitely stay there again
