  Very nice hotel with a good location. You could walk to the beach if you wanted to, but you'd have to cross a busy highway. Plenty of restaurants close by. Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the maintenance workers I met was nice but seemed a little aggrevated that he had to do.......work;imagine them asking him to do that;. There was one place in the bathroom ceiling that looked to have been previously damaged, but had been repaired. Room was very clean. I arrived about a half hour before check in but was able to go directly to my room. Would stay here again. Oh, get a jacuzzi suite, well worth it.....

  The hotel is in excellent condition, very clean, and well decorated. located within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to anywhere around the port and cocoa beach. ...

  The hotel is in excellent condition, very clean, and well decorated. Located within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to anywhere around the port and Cocoa Beach. The covered pool and jacuzzi were very inviting. The free morning breakfast was the best I've seen in a long time, with many options.
