    When we got to the front desk to check in, there was a long line. We had to wait over 1/2 hour. Front desk clerks looked unhappy and rushing to move on to the next person in line. Didn't take enough time to explain everything regarding the hotel, didn't even wish us a good stay. Same thing when we checked out, the clerk just took our key card, our payment and said bye, not even thanking us for staying at the hotel or wishing us to come back.

    We had a great experience with Riviera. The service was prompt, the employees were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. We would be very happy to stay there again on our return to Vegas.

    This hotel was awful. They lost our confirmation at check-in and they acted like they couldn't have cared less. We went out there to get married. Asked the concierge for some ideas and his response was " I have a suggestion.. don't do it !". Ordered room service and the tray say outside our room for the 3 days following. The maid service was sub-standard. They didn't empty the ice bucket the entire time we were there. They only had to dump the water out each morning. When I made a comment at check-out they gave me a lame excuse and said it was a sanitary thing.. If it was a sanitary thing there would have been a plastic bag in the ice bucket to begin with. Then we wanted to go to the steak house for dinner the night we got married and it was closed for 3 days.. no explinationj. So we went over one street and spent most of our time at the Hilton.

    This was a very clean hotel with plenty to do i'll be back in the spring of 2010.

    THIS WAS A VERY CLEAN HOTEL WITH PLENTY TO DO I'LL BE BACK IN THE SPRING OF 2010.
