  This place is a complete dump. The grass was high and unkept, in one corner of the lot there was a large pile of beer cans and trash. The room smelled like rotten damp wood and numerous other things that I can't express. I called the online travel website and explained the condition of the hotel. the online travel website Representative was very helpful, but the front desk person that he spoke with at Knights Inn refused to refund. Because it was July 4, it was difficult to find another room without spending a small fortune so we slept in our car. the only good thing about the room was the hot shower that we had to enter the room to take. BEWARE

  Room smelled of mold ; bathroom floor was like walking on marshmallows including the shower enclosure (appeared to be dry rot) ; each time the toilet flushed, a puddle of water flowed ...

  Room smelled of mold ; bathroom floor was like walking on marshmallows including the shower enclosure (appeared to be dry rot) ; each time the toilet flushed, a puddle of water flowed into the center of the floor (handyman did repair promptly; however, was only temporary) ; extra charges were made after charge was made to credit card, cash was offered then told would have to wait for change - requested change and receipt more than once, request was granted only after it was made in front of another guest ; one guest was charged 5% (?) for checking out early due to poor condition of room ; Knight's Inn corporate made a refund of almost one night and said they would check into the condition of the property. Check a room BEFORE guarantee / checking in. There is possibility repairs were made.

  I can't believe this was a hotel. it had so many homeless people there i thought we booked a room in the shelter.the room had a stench that ...

  I can't believe this was a hotel. It had so many homeless people there I thought we booked a room in the shelter.The room had a stench that oust couldn't get rid of,the carpet was dirty that resolve could not solve and the microwave was a straight up health violation. We didn't see any bugs until the last day, It was a huge cock roach. The Tv didn't have a remote, the refrigerator would not stay plugged into the socket. I stayed at a cheap hotel before and this was the worst.Do not do not stay there unless your only choices to stay is in jail, outside or the knights inn. I wil not reccommend to my dog.

  I made honeymoon reservations several weeks in advance. Got to hotel - they had no reservations even though we had a confirmation #. the apethetic clerk "found" us a room.. I went to open the door and there were people in there sleeping!!!!!!!!! horrifying!!! the clerk "found" us another room.... small, dirty, the closet door came off the hing and hit me on the head. there were bugs all over the small bathroom. The ticket/ coupon lady in the lobby called and woke us up at 7 am even though we had checked in at 3 am!! inconsiderate!! Unfortunately it was bike week in central fla so few rooms were available.... We were stuck here... We ended up staying at the parks and resturants as long as possible so we didn't have to be in the room.... WILL NEVER STAY AT A KNIGHTS INN EVER AGAIN!!!!! regardless of were it is. They should close this one down!!!!!!
