  I called today to make a reservation but the person who answered the phone was extremely unproffessional answering with a harsh hello. I asked if this was the Best Value Inn. I then just got a who's calling? I stated that was a terrible way for a business to answer the phone and that I am not interested in staying there.

  The front desk was very friendly. The room was missing an iron, coffee pot and towels. Never got the iron or the coffee pot, towels took hours to get on the first day, but never got fresh ones the rest of the time. No water pressure in the shower, had two TV's, but only one remote worked.

  It is an older hotel. I wanted a cheap hotel close to the airport and I got what I wanted. It was very basic but worth the value. We had early flights so missed breakfast. It was clean; the staff was nice; and had adequate parking.

  Easy to find off of highway, free underground parking. Had aunt with me who was in a walker and there were steps from the parking area and in front of the hotel. Room was clean and large, but there were ashtrays in the room and it is supposedly non smoking. The neighborhood appeared to be very undesirable. Free continental breakfast, but dining room had few tables, stacks of old office furniture and very dirty carpeting. Did not eat there. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

  My biggest complaint was the heating/cooling unit. I had a two room "suite" with only one unit in one room and no way for the second room to be cooled or heated. On top of that, it was very noisy and woke me constantly. The room decor was very dated, but fairly spacious and mostly clean (except for some ants). The immediate neighborhood was okay and convenient to the airport, but the neighborhood quickly deteriorated a few blocks away. Parking was free. Continental breakfast was a joke (toast and coffee).
