  Overall good service from the desk-helpful. no info in lobby for surrounding area. floor in room stained. floor in bathroom dirty. bathroom generally dirty.

  The carpet in the hall was stained. A bag of trash was sitting in the hallway the entire length of our visit. We had requested non-smoking rooms but were given smoking rooms. There was little maintenance or cleaning going on in the hotel outside of the rooms. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the air conditioner made a lot of loud noise throughout the night and had difficulty even working.

  Was a great place to stay for the money. staff was extremely friendly and courteous. my room wasn't exactly sparkling clean and had a slight musty smell to it ...

  Was a great place to stay for the money. staff was extremely friendly and courteous. my room wasn't exactly sparkling clean and had a slight musty smell to it but other than that it was great. the location was great too, near all kinds of eating places and right across the street from the mall and very near other strip malls as well. overall, i'd definately stay here again, the staff was the friendliest i've ever seen and everyone i saw had a smile on their face which is rare at hotels! thanks!

  My overall experience was very positive. The room rate was very reasonable. The kitchen had a full sized refrigerator, a stove top with two surface units, a microwave, a coffeemaker and a toaster. In addition there were some dishes and a few eating and cooking utensils. It was understood that there would NOT be daily cleaning services, but if anything was needed, it could be arranged. Clean towels were available daily. The bathroom and bedroom were equally satisfactorily supplied. The location was easily found and situated close to most anything needed or wanted- several malls, discount stores, numerous restaurants and of course THE beautful BEACH!!!!! The staff was very friendly and most helpful.

  I wouldn't say its the best location but pretty decent. A mall & movie theatre right across the street. The mall didn't have much to it and the movie theatre didn't play new releases but was still nice. Plenty of fast food restaurants around. The room was nice. Nothing out of the ordinary, besides the kitchen. Thats nice if you don't want to eat out every night! Nothing to complain about also nothing too fabulous.
