  At check in, the customer service rep. not helpful. The room smelled like mold. We opened the doors a little bit to air out, still did not help. No other rooms were available when we asked to switch. The bathroom (mostly the toilet) looked like it had not been cleaned.

  I had read the reviews and they did not do this hotel justice. The staff was very helpful and made sure that my stay was excellent. The room was larger than I had expected. There is every restaurant you can imagine within 3 miles. There is no security issues BUT do not drive east of the hotel late at night. The neighborhood goes downhill pretty fast until you are east of federal highway (us1).

  My daughter and I were checking in late at night. We brought our luggage up as we were just coming off a cruise and going to see family in the area. The security guy was 3 feet from the door sitting in his golf cart doing nothing, didn't even offer to get the door for us as our hands were very full. We had to wait for the front desk clerk, finally it was our turn and she gave us the room I reserved, though non-smoking, reaked of cigarrettes. She said it was in the next building over. I asked if it was in walking distance she said yes, but maybe the security guy can just put our luggage in his golf cart and give us a ride over. I would have been estatic and tipped him generously as my daughter and I were exhausted. His reply in a nasty tone..."No, she should have parked closer to the other building then. Nice....

  My friends and I rented a double bed room and requested a pull out cot. We checked during the day and we did not return till late at nite, around 2 a.m. Too our suprise there was no pull out bed. And, to top it off they could not service us at that time because their computers were down. So at 3 a.m. my 5 year sleeping daughter and I had to go find another hotel.

  Room was nice,clean..no bugs..smell was decent..bathroom/shower was clean..no noice/heavy traffic.breakfast was buh,not much to choice from..was a nice placeto stay......
