  I had the WORST expierence i this hotel EVER. The front desk person was rude and nasty on more than one occasion, snapping at me and my friend over the dumbest thing. On our last night there our tires were slashed in the parking lot I would never stay ion this hotel again and I don't recommend anyone else stay either.

  Started out with a very rude front desk at check in and a daily fee for the "free shuttle" to Disney, doesn't matter if you are going to use the service you have to share in the cost of those who do. The room was very clean and nice, but short on towels, which they shortly delivered the only service we received on our 2 night stay.
  
  The breakfast is in a regular motel room, so very crowded. It was bread and muffins, Honeycomb cereal, coffee and imitation juice. They ran out of coffee. No sugar substitue was available.
  
  The first night was ok, the second the supplies were short- they threw away the soap at the sink but didn't leave another bar, the roll of toilet paper was down to nothing and did not leave another, took towels for 4 left for 3, very reluctantly put sheets on the pull out bed, the maid told us to do it ourselves, she would leave extra sheets, the supervisor heard her and had her do it. When we came back to the room we discovered the shortness of toilet paper and called for another roll, they said they would deliver one-never came.
  After reading the past reviews of this motel, I would say they have remodeled the rooms and they are nice, but the people working there make it an undesirable place to stay. There are so many motels in Orlando, there is no reason to put up with their rudeness. After we got down there there were many motels that looked just as nice with cheaper prices we will try one of them next time.

  My family and I enjoyed our one night stay. The room was clean, the beds seemed fresh, my biggest complaint would be a very noisy A/C unit. The breakfast was ok, consisting of muffins, bread for toast, 3 different cereals, milk, and coffee. I was hoping for OJ, but I think we got Tang. All in all I would recommend it.

  This hotel is really bad my husband and I along with other friends checked in and 3 hours later checked out. First of all when we got to the room there was a horrible smell, the head broad from one of the beds was broken and the room door could not lock so it was un safe. We moved to another room it seemed ok untill I went to the bathroom, there was roaches all over the place. I was so upset that my husband went to the front desk and complained. We packed up our unopened suitcases and check out. My friend and her family did the same.

  THIS IS A VERY DIRTY, UNKEPT HOTEL. THERE ARE ROACHES AND SPIDERS EVERYWHERE. THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE NOT HEPFUL AT ALL AND THE MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL IS WORSE. IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR STAY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
