  I dont know if this hotel is under new ownership, but it has gone down. we were here in 07and it was lovely, now, oct 09 front desk was nice ...

  I dont know if this hotel is under new ownership, but it has gone down. We were here in 07and it was lovely, now, Oct 09 front desk was nice at "CHECK IN", room was clean, but bathroom had hair on the toilette and in the tub, it took 3 days for someone to fix the latch on the door, stain on toilet was there for 3 days, so no one cleaned it, when asked about new sheets, they said they change them every 3 days, But the elder bartender in hotel bar xyz is a super guy! We paid $*for 24hrs of internet in our room on tv that stalled every 5 mins. Hotel is in a great location on the strip walking distance to almost all of the restaurants and shops. Pool was clean. We use the lobby internet for a fee but kept freezing up. All in all a good place to stay for what you pay, to sleep and shower its ok. We use to love this place, just hope they get a little with the bathroom cleaning. I hope things are better the next time we come here. I would come back because i always sanitize the bathroom when i get in my hotel room! Just to be on the safe side!!!!

  I dont know if this hotel is under new ownership, but it has gone down.   For the price that we paid per night this was a great value. There were plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Rooms were clean, they aren't brand new rooms but they are clean. Staff was very helpful, we left a watch upon checking out and the security guard went into the room to look for it and shipped it to us at home. The only thing is there was renovating going on so if you plan on sleeping in, which we didn't, you may want to call and check on the status. You may also want to stay away from the 1st floor since all the staff offices were there. Other than those minimal things this was a safe, clean place to stay. Will stay there again!

  Good cheap hotel if your on a budget. great location - walking distance to wet n wild. provide shuttle to universal studios.

  The hotel was horrible. the room was small. we reserved the room for 5 people but there was only sleeping for 4. the bathroom made you claustophobic. it was maybe ...

  The hotel was horrible. The room was small. We reserved the room for 5 people but there was only sleeping for 4. The bathroom made you claustophobic. It was maybe 5 x 5. The only thing I can say is the staff was pleasant and helpful.
