  Great hotel! Not the best location, but not terrible. Very nice inside. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt with requests for extra towels, etc., and did a great job cleaning our room. The tub clogged up when we showered, but maintenance was prompt in fixing the problem. Beautiful and unique art decor in the main lobby. They were doing construction at the front entrance so we had to use the side door. Hot breakfast buffet at the Livingston Cafe within the hotel was delicious! Omelets and belgium waffles made to order and a LARGE variety of other breakfast foods available for the buffet. Servers in restaurant very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the complimentary breakfast deal! What we didn't like was the parking and the location. The hotel has its own parking lot, but it is valet parking only at $14 a day. Many other hotels had comp parking. However, the valet parking staff was very nice. The location is in downtown Orlando and is very congested with lots of traffic. The hotel is just off of Rt 4, which took us straight to Disney, so that part was good. Disney is about a 20-30 min drive from hotel, depending on traffic. Great outdoor heated pool.

  The hotel is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and clean and the staff was very courteous. i would definitely stay here again and recommend others stay here.

  We visited Orlando for a Magic/Knicks game. This hotel is directly across the street from the arena so we could walk to and from the game which was really nice. The hotal is well kept and clean. My only complaint... they had mandatory valet parking, with a fee, even for overnight hotel guests. I agree with the option being offered for valet, but I prefer to park my own car. If they are going to require it, then I believe that it should be free for paying hotel guests. Would probably stay here again, but only due to location, if we were to go to another game.

  The main issue with the hotel was the poor AC unit. In addition, it took nearly 20 minutes for the water to even warm in the bathroom. The tub was way too small and one could not change from shower mode to tub mode using the water. The knob was stuck, so to speak. For the money paid, this is a place that I will never stay at again. In addition, I will tell others not to stay at this spot when visiting downtown Orlando, Florida.

  The hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful. felt it was worthly of a 3 star, instead of 4star. as nice as the hotel and rooms were, they need updated. one ...

  The hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful. Felt it was worthly of a 3 star, instead of 4star. As nice as the hotel and rooms were, they need updated. One of the resturants is closed, room service is sparce. That's it for the negative. Place is comfortable, extremely clean infact spotless. And, hotel service was friend and very nice.
