- The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is very excited to announce the launch of a 65 million dollar renovation beginning October 8th, 2008 of our resort guestrooms. Bringing an entirely new experience to our guests, the project will continue throughout the resort facilities until December 1st, 2009. While we will work to minimize any disruption to our guests, there is the potential for noise during the hours of 8 am-6 pm daily. Thank you for joining us as we work to a new 'grand opening' in December of 2009.

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort is located on 1,500 landscaped acres by a 21-acre lake, features several recreational activities, and is approximately 17 miles from Orlando International Airport. Local attractions include Walt Disney World® Resort, approximately one mile away, and Universal Studios®, located nine miles from the resort.
Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the 45 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as a golf academy. The onsite lake is perfect for kayaking, sailing, or sunbathing along the 1,000-foot beach. The 24-hour outdoor pool also features waterfalls, a waterslide, volleyball, and two whirlpools. A swimming supplies shop and a video arcade are also found near the pool. Sports fans will love the racquet club, featuring 12 tennis courts, two racquetball courts, and a basketball course. The Equestrian Center provides riding lessons and guided trail rides. A fitness center, bicycle rentals, and a walking trail round out this resort's sporting opportunities. The spa features a menu of massage and beauty treatments. Additional amenities include babysitting services, Camp Hyatt for kids, a multilingual staff, safe deposit boxes, laundry services, a picnic area, shops, parking, currency exchange, and ice machines. Dining options include fine dining at La Coquina and the Black Swan Restaurant, casual fare at Cascades, seafood at Hemingway's, the Palm Cafe, the General Store, and the White Horse Sports Bar & Grille.
Guest rooms feature scales, ceiling fans, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, climate control, minibars, safes, voicemail, dataports, movies on-demand, and video games.
