    The hotel was actually pretty good for its price, i didn't know why people would write poor comments on it. if you're looking for a high class hotel ...

    The hotel was actually pretty good for its price, i didn't know why people would write poor comments on it. If you're looking for a high class hotel with excellent services, go for a Hilton or something. The location is great, 10 minutes bus ride to Disney and around 40 minutes bus ride to Universal Studio ( excluding bus waiting time though ..... lol ). There's a wonderful steak house nearby, good price and one of the waitress was brilliant (Brenda). I would really recommand this hotel to families that are looking for a budging saving trip.

If you're looking for a high class hotel with excellent services, go for a Hilton or something.     This Howard Johnson's property is literally falling apart. I had 3 different rooms in 6 days. The first room I was put in had no working phone, no refrigerator, and no microwave. The second room I was put in had no refrigerator, no microwave, and at around midnight on my second night a leak sprang in the ceiling of the bathroom with water running down the walls, and a bubble of water forming in the corner of the shower. I awoke to find on the first morning of my stay that my debit card had been charged $*. When I inquired about the charges I found out about the $* per day "resort charge," the $*-$* dollar charges for local calls for my room phone, and a accidental charge for absolutely nothing for $*. It took me 3 days and working my way up the "chain of command," before anyone would acknowledge the error and get the money posted back to my account.

    Dirty, rooms, carpets, bugs, broken doors, broken cabinets, tv, coffee makers, dryers, stained matress pads, rude front desk personnel in the day, broken hot tub, $* daily fee for what??!!

    The staff was rude and y was in the phone for a one hour with travel agency and they don't do anything to fix my problem we were for ...

    the staff was rude and y was in the phone for a one hour with travel agency and they don't do anything to fix my problem we were for amost 10 days was mold old funiture please don't rent this place
