  Our family stayed at the Embassy Suites for one night and were very pleased with our stay. There are 6 of us, and with two double beds and a comfortable sofabed, we had plenty of room. The atrium was beautiful to see, with lots of plants and flowers. We enjoyed the breakfast, and there was so many choices for everyone. We would highly recommend this hotel.

  Spent 5 nights @ The Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista last week in August. Everything we had hoped for and more. We enjoyed the cook to order breakfast every morning, more than just the carb soaked offerings of the other chains. Omellettes, Bacon, Sausage, juices etc. Rooms had plenty of room however the double beds seemed small. Kids really enjoyed the Dive-Inn theater while unwinding in the pool. We also enjoyed the nightly 5-7 Happy Hour-Managers social which surprisingly had many choices including Beer, Wine, Call mixed drinks etc. Not often outside of all inclusive properties have I seen the level of choices Gratis. Overall, next time we are in Orlando, we will be looking at the Embassy Suites First.

  At first we were given a room on the bottom floor near the kitchen. We asked to switch and at first they didn't want to, but then they did. Room was great!! The free drinks and snacks for happy hour were awesome. The free breakfast was wonderful -especially the omelete chef he was so funny while he was taking your omelete orders. The hotel also offered movies on a large screen by the pool. We didn't participate in the pool movie ;because we were too tired from Sea World; but I thought that was a great activity they were offering. The hotel also offered a game room which the kids loved. Overall it was a great experience!

  I was a little concerned since I saw a couple of reviews that were negative. They must have been at the wrong place in the hotel. I thought it was great. The complimentary breakfast and Managers 'happy hour' were both great. The room were just enough for a family of four adults, my two kids are both over 18. We asked for more towels and we got them almost instantly. If I ever go back to Orlando, I will definitely stay there again.

  STAY AWAY - we won't be back. The pool does have warm water ""trickling"" through the intakes making the large pool not at all warm - expect to not spend too much time in it. The location of the hotel is in fact very close to Disney World but the traffic getting out of Palm Parkway and onto the access road to either the nearby Disney World entrance or I4 is almost always terrible. Expect to contend with a lot of unsupervised children in this hotel, frustrating when they play with the elevators. One time, after the room was cleaned we were supplied with 1 washcloth and no toilet paper - problem was fixed quickly after a call to the front desk but something as basic as that shouldn't have been overlooked - there were 4 of us in the suite. THIS HOTEL IS WOEFULLY UNPREPARED AND UNDERSTAFFED TO TAKE CARE OF THE BREAKFAST CROWD - expect to wait at least 20 minutes for an omelette if you get there after 7:30 am. - big waste of time especially if you have kids with you. We spent 8 days and 7 nights here - couldn't wait to leave.
