  pros: Quiet and not crowded. Apparently not that popular because the hotel had very few guests during the whole week I was there. Set well back from street and airport so no noise. Staff is top notch--helpful, prompt, knowledgeable--all the things you look for in this type of hotel. cons: The big one: The internet access is so slow it us virtually unusable. Takes minutes just to load a website PAGE like HuffPo, Slate, et. al. forget trying to download a file. They evidentially have a DSL connection that is very poor. Had better luck putting a network adapter on terrace and siphoning off the new Hyatt's wireless signal from across the street. The lobby computer for "checking emails" is even worse. Also no complimentary brekkie--not even a continental. Most places--even "lesser" brands--seem to offer a full continental buffet WITH hot offerings as well. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel (the area is packed with better alternatives). As far as I am concerned, the internet access issue is a deal breaker.

  The hotel room was clean,updated with a well supplied bathroom. The front desk was helpful with requests and extra services. The breakfast service was excellent as well as a varied selection of light to a full breakfast.

  The rooms were nice and clean, the bed was sooooo! soft and comfortable. staff was very helpful and polite. continental breakfast was great!!! would stay again.
