The Inn offers individually owned, fully furnished condos in a quiet and relaxing location on Panama City Beach. This non-high rise property is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with easy accessibility to the beach, restaurants, shopping, family entertainment and night life. Property amenities include pool, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard. The Inn is one of only a few locations with a boat dock on Grand Lagoon. Bring your boat or jet skis or rent them while you?re here and have the convenience of docking them at the condo. There is also a Mexican restaurant on property, a hair and nail salon and Panama City Beach Winery with a large select of wines made from Florida citrus. Please keep in mind these rules and fees before booking your stay at the Inn: The property does not rent to singles under the age of 25. You will not be allowed to check in and no monies will be refunded. There is a 200.00 refundable damage deposit due at check in. One parking pass is included with the total charges, additional passes are 15. There is a 15.00 processing fee from the property for all cancellations. Prior to the completion of your reservation, you will see a Taxes and Fees line that includes a one time cleaning fee of 70 (76.30 including tax recovery charge).
