The Westin Kierland Villas is located approximately 20 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and adjacent to Kierland Commons, which features shops, boutiques, and restaurants. The Casino Arizona, Cracker Jax Family & Fun Sports Park, Diamondbacks Chase Field, and US Airways Arena are nearby. Sedona is 90 minutes away and the Grand Canyon is three hours away. The taxi ride from the airport is approximately 45.

Hotel amenities include wake-up calls, 24-hour room service, daily housekeeping, free parking, concierge, babysitting, safe deposit box, business center, luggage storage, and limited shuttle service. Amenities include two dual-line speakerphones, washer/dryer, high-speed Internet access, in-room safes, honor bars, oversized desks, cable TVs, DVD/CD player, iron/ironing board, dishes/utensils, hairdryers, air conditioning, AM/FM alarm clock radios, dataports, and coffeemakers.
