• Nine Fine Irishmen - Nine Fine Irishmen is a pub of epic proportions inspired by a group of extraordinary Irishmen who led lives of great adventure and achievement. The pub's interior, featuring a grand Victorian-style bar, ornate cottage areas and shop style snugs, was entirely handcrafted in Ireland by a variety of local tradesmen using authentic Irish materials. The pub also boasts two levels of outdoor patio dining with a spectacular view of The Strip. Food and drink are at the heart of the Nine Fine Irishmen experience. We have assembled nine of Ireland's finest chefs to create signature dishes using only natural Irish foods and fresh ingredients complimented with the finest stouts, ales, lagers and spirits. Music and entertainment are second to none with a variety of local and special guest artists filling the pub with a blend of uniquely Irish songs, dances, and storytelling. Nine Fine Irishmen will literally be a slice of Ireland transported to the Las Vegas Strip.
• 'wichcraft - Sink your teeth into sandwiches crafted from artisanal breads, slow-roasted meats, seasonal produce and premium cheeses. 'wichcraft is great for on-the-go.
• Rainforest Cafe - Dine at a table surrounded by lush vegetation, cool mists, cascading waterfalls and creatures indigenous to the rainforest. Thunderstorms will crash overhead. And fish watching is a must with the 10,000-gallon archway saltwater aquarium. Try the Primal Steak, or the Rumble in the Jungle Turkey Pita.
