Stayed here for a girls week. Had a package that included use of the boats, bikes, spa and fitness facility, and included breakfast each morning. Everyone we encountered was helpful and pleasant - the best service. The spa is ranked in the top five nationwide and certainly deserves this ranking - it's beautiful. Spa treatments are expensive and I don't feel like the facial I received was really worth the two hundred dollars I plunked down. However, the 1.5 hour message was certainly worth every penny spent! The room was comfortable, spacious, and had a great view of the lake. The facilities are outstanding and the evening bonfire and smores should not be missed! Will come back again and again and again. Great for friends, family, or romance. Note: the Reynolds Lodge is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation.
