i've stayed there several times over the past year. the price is reasonable, it was recently renovated, and the staff actually wants to resolve problems. one time i had a room that smelled musty, and they offered a new room immediately. the only thing i can't rave about is the continental breakfast - the food is fairly mediocre.

The hotel was wonderful. Full ammenities. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer. Nicely decorated. A bathroom lite bulb was burned out our first night, and when informed they replaced it immediately. Location was very good. One mile to a beach access. No swimming but we found alot of sea shells, and watched the sunset. Very pleased with our 5 day stay there, would definitely return

We arrived on Christmas Day for a family vacation with young kids only to find out that the pool was closed. Closed since 12/19/08 and no date on when it is going to open. It was a drain problem.....knowing that they had a ""full house"" you would think that they would have rushed what ever needed to be done. Saw no one working on the pool the entire time that we were there. We came from Cleveland, Ohio where it was 5 degrees out and wanted to swim. Half of our family left the hotel and went somewhere else, so our family vacation was not such a family vacation. It would have been nice for the hotel or travel website to contact us a head of time so we could try to find other accomendations. Hotel was clean and was in a GREAT location. Breakfast bar was a little lame...not much to choose from and had to wait in line forever to make a waffle. Bartender was GREAT!! The best part of the entire vacation!! Housekeeping was very good. I would stay at this hotel again for sure but now am going to call any hotel ahead of time for the pool.

The hotel was a huge disappointment. They advertise all new rooms--if that was a new room it sure has had some rough wear. Cleanliness was borderline. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours past check in time. They tried to give us a room other than the one we requested, and were quite disgruntled when we asked to have it cleaned for us. The breakfast was very poor; waffles, toast, bagels and grapefruit. It was not as advertised. Fortunately we had a great time in Florida and spent very little time at the hotel.
