I am a frequent business traveler and I am definitlely looking for diva quality with down-lo pricing. I really liked this hotel for its cleanliness, smelled good, rooms are nice and the breakfast is very good. I like that they have all the outlets in the right places too! Staff very helpful and friendly in the day. I will return again!

This hotel was okay, the service sucked from front desk person to housekeeping girls who were rude and knocking on doors way before check out time. nothing fancy. not worth the money..wont stay again either. I'd rather pay a little more and stay at the newer hotels in town..when I come through again..

My husband and I were in town for my 30 year high school reunion and stayed here 6 nights during our visit back to Pensacola. VERY pleased with our overall stay at Comfort Inn! Front desk was friendly and helpful at check-in. Every time we entered and exited the hotel, the front desk clerk(s) greeted us. We rose early our 2nd morning and ate the complimentary breakfast. Lots of choices: bagels, biscuits, muffins, donuts, cereals, juices, coffee and even a belgian waffle maker. Our first evening there we went out to the pool around 7 P.M. and there was only 1 other person out there. The pool was great other than a little sand at the bottom, but no big deal. The only minor drawback was you couldn't use your keycard to get back into the back entrance; when leaving the pool, you had to go back thru the front lobby. We were told this was to tighten up on security. I could see where a non-guest could slip in thru the back if someone did not check to make sure the door closed behind them. We didn't have a problem with the hotel wanting to ensure our safety. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as well as our beds turned down. When I spilled some beach sand accidentally on the carpet from my beach bag, we called housekeeping and a sweet lady came immediately and vacuumed it up. My husband and I loved the free WI-FI access, microwave and fridge in the room. Nice, thick bath towels, too--not the typical thin ones. Our overall stay was EXCELLENT! This will be our first choice of where to stay when we return to Pensacola.
