I was treated very rudely by a staff member when I asked for asisstance with the pool gate and again when I needed my room key card to be fixed. I also heard this same staff member being short with another guest on the phone. The breakfast is very basic. The room was nice enough and the A/C was quiet. The Hot tub was not working. I was charged online for a night that I cancelled and did not stay.

No great expectations
06/13/2008This is just an ok hotel, no great expectations.the rooms are good size, the only problem is the the hotel smell like cigarrette almost everywhere.

OK if you like sleeping on concrete
05/13/2007Awful! mattress was so hard it felt like a slab of concrete. pillow was cheap and thin and provided no head support at all. bathroom door did not lock. desk ...
Awful! Mattress was so hard it felt like a slab of concrete. Pillow was cheap and thin and provided no head support at all. Bathroom door did not lock. Desk clerks rude and lazy. Area around hotel run-down and seems unsafe at night.
