I was very pleased. Check in was quick and the host was very friendly. I arrived an hour early and he let me go ahead and get settled. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there were quite a few towels for us. The frig was a small one but worked for what I needed it for. The continental breakfast was more than just a muffin and coffee. I would definitely stay again. It was easy to get to and even though it was by the interstate it was very quiet. There were several places to eat within walking distance and there is a WalMart and a grocery store close by.

Greatly exceeded my expectations for the price. Hotel was new-looking and very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful for the most part. Stayed in a first floor single room, was clean and tidy. No micro/fridge but that was okay. On the 4th night we realized there were a lot of bugs in the room. When I went to the front desk and explained the problem, they moved us to a suite. housekeeping staff was great. Was in a great area, 10 minute drive to Pensacola Beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended!

I have stayed in Microtel Inns before and thought they were very effecient hotels. I was very disapointed in my stay at this Microtel. We had requested a ground floor room when we made our reservations, but were told upon arrival that none were availble because they had not been cleaned yet. Luckily, they did have an elevator. Our room was not very clean and the bathroom had a variety of hairs in the sink, bath tub and on the floor. Our child's feet started getting black after walking around barefoot on the carpeting. There was a microwave and mini-fridge, but NO coffee maker (!!??!?). Beds were uncomfortable and pillows lumpy. Pensacola is a fun town to spend time in, but look for a pleasant stay in different hotel.

Suites were a joke, a couch and bed, moldey smelling ceiling in the bathroom was pealing and mold showed through. carpet in front of th AC unit was wet fro the unit leaking on it. It appears that the cleaning staff tried to cover up the smell with carpet fresh. Couch was stained like it was used as a party room, found toe nials on the floor, so it appears that cursery vacuuming was done. The mini fridge was so frosted up that you could hardly put a soda in the unit, and had not been cleaned in some time. The front desk had us check another room only to find that this rroom was in worse repair, closet door hanging by 1 hinge, and AC unit with only one temp setting. The other room that we rented was OK but had to beg for clean sheets for this room apon check in, sheets on the bed were dirty. Fresh towels or sheets were not provided the next day either. Pay a little more and get some descent rooms.

The outside and lobby of the hotel look perfectly fine but the room; are gross! Very dirty, very small. There were hairs in our bathroom sink. The floors were dirty. We had to sleep in our clothes!!!!
