Top of the Gulf is located along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The property is centrally located with beach clubs, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and golf only minutes away and many are within walking distance.Amenities include a large gulf side pool, kiddie pool, seasonal snack bar, shuffleboard and BBQ grills, fitness room, game room with pool and ping pong tables and wireless Internet.All rooms are spacious 440 square feet efficiencies which include a queen bed and sofa sleeper (or two beds), kitchen, dining area, private bath and walk in closet. Kitchen includes full size stove and refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and cookware. All linens and towels are provided and are exchanged daily. There are coin operated laundry facilities on every other floor.Upon check in each guest is required to pay a 200.00 refundable damage deposit. One parking pass is included in the total charges, additional passes are 15. All cancellations are subject to a 15.00 cancellation/processing fee. All reservations cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival date will be charged one night room rate and tax as a penalty. A one time non refundable cleaning and parking fee of 70 (76.30 including tax recovery charge) for all reservations will be included as part of the total charges. All renters must be 25 years of age to check in or book a room at Top of the Gulf.
