Important Hotel Information
- During September the front desk hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. For after hours, guests need to check in at Edgewater Beach Resort, (24 hours) which is located at 11212 Front Beach Rd, Panama city beach FL 32407.
- A non-refundable damage waiver fee of 25.00 is collected at check in. This covers anything from normal wear and tear to minor damages up to 1500. The guest must still notify the Front Desk upon arrival of any damages in the unit or they may be liable for the damages. The damage waiver fee does not cover negligence or willful misconduct.
- Prior to the completion of your reservation, you will see a resort cleaning fee as part of the total charges based on the following room types: Studio - 40 (44.24 including tax), One Bedroom - 60 (66.36 including tax), Two Bedroom - 70 (77.42 including tax).
- Minimum Check in age is 25 years old.
